Refund policy

• See it before you pay. The preview with your names and photos is free; you pay only to publish it.
• 14 days, no questions. If you have not shared the link with guests yet, you get a full refund within 14 days of paying.
• Signature: a full refund before the first draft.

Once the link has been shared, the plan is not refunded, but typo fixes stay free and edits follow your plan.

Until we send the first draft, you can cancel and get your whole deposit back.

After the first draft, you can still cancel until the work is finished. You then pay for the work done so far, and we refund the rest of what you paid.

Add-ons follow the rules of the plan they were bought with. Extra hosting months are not refunded once they have started, unless the law says otherwise.

If the published invitation does not match the preview you approved, or does not work as it should, we fix it for free. If we cannot, you get part of the price back or, if the problem is serious, a full refund. This applies for the whole hosting period.

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days of making it (that is, of paying), without giving a reason.

An invitation is made for you and published online, so this right ends once we publish it at your request. At the pay step we ask you to tick this box (it is never ticked in advance):

“I ask mydayinvites.com to publish my invitation right away. I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it is published.”

We repeat this in the order confirmation we email you. If you do not tick it, you keep the full 14-day right.

Signature is design work. For it the box reads: “I ask mydayinvites.com to start the work right away. I understand that if I withdraw within 14 days, I pay for the work already done.” You can withdraw until the work is complete, paying for the part already done.

Our own guarantee above goes further than the law, and it stays. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Write to contact@mydayinvites.com, with your names, the date you paid and the currency. Any clear message is enough. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.

We confirm that we have received your request.

We refund within 14 days of your request, to the card or account you paid with, at no cost to you. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

We refund through LiqPay (PrivatBank), in the currency you paid in.
